Internalize divine thoughts

Based on two sermons from 2022: [Dec 17th.](https://youtu.be/85zMPyGsAhw?si=_aIf-yq_SkzB-8kc) + [Dec 18th](https://youtu.be/RJejam_52Ys?si=tRVqU1UiRPR9o4kV) and the related german [handout](https://www.missionswerk-sdf.de/wp-content/uploads/Gedanken-in-goettlicher-Ordnung_Handout-zur-Predigt_Daniel-Exler-1.pdf). The original handout had no verses associated with #2,4 and 8 - I searched and added them so that every proclamation has a documented foundation in the word. **NB:** use the "Callouts"-Filter top right to filter the display for proclamations (or uncheck 'em to see the full text)

Proklamation

7. I am satisfied and emotionally stable

[!bible] 1Ti 6,6 (BSB)
Of course, godliness with contentment is great gain.

As Joyce Meyer wrote:
- He therefore who lives by emotion lives without principle
- We cannot be spiritual — that is, walk in the Spirit — and be led by emotions
- Emotions will not go away, but we can learn to manage them
- We all have emotions, and we must deal with them, but we cannot trust them!

Proklamation

8. God provides abundantly for all my needs

[!bible] Phi 4,19 (BSB)
And my God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

Proklamation

9. I seek peace with God, myself, and other people

[!bible] Ps 34,15 (BSB)
The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are inclined to their cry.

Proklamation

10. I live in the present and enjoy every moment

[!bible] Ps 118,24 (BSB)
This is the day that the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Proklamation

11. I have discipline and self-control

[!bible] Heb 12,11 (BSB)
No discipline seems enjoyable at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it yields a harvest of righteousness and peace to those who have been trained by it.

Proklamation

12. I put God first in my life

[!bible] Exo 20,3 (BSB)
You shall have no other gods before Me.
